This is a picture of my first completely pieced quilt top. It is for my new little nephew, Carter. I am also going to piece the backing with a black and white striped pattern to match the block on the front. I will post pics of the backing once I am done with it.

My First Baby Blanket
I made this baby blanket for my brother's new baby boy that is on the way. His room will be decorated with a sports theme. This is the first blanket I have ever made. Working with satin binding is not easy!

First Quilt
I finally completed my first quilt. It was a baby quilt for a friend. However, my amazingly scatterbrained self forgot to take a picture of it first. I have asked my friend to take pictures of it and send them to me, but she hasn't gotten a chance to do so, yet. I will load some up, as soon as she gets them to me.

Painting Apron
I finally finished my painting apron for work! It helped to have a nice few days off and a totally awesome new sewing machine! I am so excited to have an apron to fully protect my clothes from paint. It will be used first thing Monday!
